Jessel Taank reportedly moved to New York City just weeks before the Real Housewives of New York started filming last October.
The mother-of-two joined for season 14 – representing the first time a cast was completely replaced within the franchise.
According to a report from The U.S. Sun, Jessel began renting her Chelsea apartment in September of last year, and the apartment was previously on the market for $5 million.
The Sixth Avenue condo, with 3,000 square feet, is located in a historic building of the city. The 43-year-old dwells there with her husband Pavit and their twin sons, Rio and Kai.
An insider confirmed her recent move to the apartment, which was listed on July 13, 2022, before it was mysteriously taken off on September 14.
The condo has 12-foot ceilings with elegant architecture and contemporary updates, three bedrooms and four baths. The building provides access to a private storage room, a 24-hour doorman, and a 4,000 sq. ft. common roof deck with a dining space and an outdoor kitchen.
Before moving to New York, Jessel and her husband bought a $1.4 million home in Dallas, Texas in May of 2022, per a deed obtained by the outlet.
The home is 7,700 square feet, and features an inground pool, two garage spaces, and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. When the home was purchased, Jessel perhaps wasn’t aware she would be casted.
The Dallas property was put on the market in March of 2023. It’s currently priced at $1,975,000.
Pavis is reportedly the president of Phone Daddy, a wholesale company headquartered in Dallas. The couple previously lived in L.A. for several years.
Earlier this season, Jessel was slammed for calling Tribeca an “up and coming” neighborhood, as it appeared she wasn’t familiar with New York.
