Lenny Hochstein now claims his ex Lisa Hochstein is “bleeding” him financially by charging over $10,000 on Instacart, and the Real Housewives of Miami star is clapping back.
The allegation was made amid their contentious divorce, as Lenny reportedly hopes his prenup with Lisa will still be enforceable (even though he allegedly cheated on her with a woman 30 years younger).
According to an “urgent” petition Lenny filed, via Page Six, Lenny is requesting Lisa be compelled by a court to follow a previous support agreement, and he claimed she spent thousands of dollars on Lenny’s grocery app in a single month.
The ex “has embarked on a course of conduct aimed at ‘bleeding out’ [Lenny] from a financial standpoint,” said the docs, which claimed she “charged in excess of $10,000 to [Lenny’s account].”
He also alleged Lisa “shockingly” charged $4K in the span of a “week and a half.”
Lenny is arguing that his ex’s spending “constitutes marital waste,” and he wants the court to sanction Lisa for the alleged “cash grab.” Responding to the accusations, Lisa submitted a filing the next day, claiming Lenny “turned off” her ability to use Uber, Uber Eats, and Instacart, which is a “violation” of the previous order.
In addition, the 40-year-old said her ex is making “unannounced visits” to the house they once shared, where she’s lived since their breakup in May last year. She said the visits make Lisa feel “threatened.”
The star alleged Lenny and his mom once came to the home unannounced, and he called his ex a “felon” while their kids were present as he “verbally berated” her.
The plastic surgeon allegedly said she “would soon be going to jail,” and the children “would soon be having a better mother.” This seemed to be a reference to his new girlfriend, Katharina Mazepa.
The Bravo star is fighting to get sole access to the exes’ marital home.
Lenny has made bizarre allegations against the mother of his kids since she won a recent court victory, which made Lenny pay her temporary support each month.
He recently claimed she placed a listening device in his vehicle to overhear his conversations.
Afterward, Lisa addressed the claim on Instagram: “[Lenny’s] recent narrative of trying to convince anyone that I am such a horrible person is pure deflection. Simple Google searches can debunk it … He was caught cheating on a mic. It shocked the country. He left for someone 30 years younger … who has a publicist (while I have none) working overtime using my divorce, suffering, and Lenny’s court filings to get news stories for themselves.”
