Teddi Mellencamp slammed Bethenny Frankel over her recent podcast interview with Raquel Leviss, claiming the Real Housewives of New York star made it “all about Bethenny.”
Meanwhile, alum Stephanie Hollman seemingly defended Bethenny’s claims of mistreatment in the industry, and she said she would secretly dump alcohol while filming to avoid being “s**t-faced and starving.”
On her Two T’s In A Pod podcast, Teddi claimed Bethenny “just brushes right over” the “most interesting” part of the interview with Raquel – when the 28-year-old opened up about her “time in treatment.”
Teddi explained, “What about, like, let’s get into what doing pageants as a small child did to change your perception on how you thought about yourself, why you believed that your beauty was sought from other people, those types of things. This was a point to really dig deep into the psyche and help other women who are attracted to men that don’t treat them right.”
“But instead, it was all about Bethenny,” said Teddi.
However, another Bravo alum seemed to defend Bethenny’s recent claims over mistreatment in the industry.
Addressing Bethenny’s allegations, RHOD‘s Stephanie Hollman shared on her Weekly Dose of BS podcast, via @byewighellodrama, that the cast didn’t eat until “maybe midnight, 1 a.m.,” on a boat trip from season three, and “there was a lot of alcohol.”
Stephanie claimed that while filming she would often take a shot and then spit it out. Sometimes, the star stated, she would purposely ask for white wine, take it to the bathroom, dump out half, and fill it up with water.
“I would rather drink poop than be s**t-faced and starving on TV,” explained Stephanie, who alleged she remembers “nothing” but “bits and pieces” of the one night she was “over-served” while filming.
